Author Bryant (BJ) Cheek loves children, fitness, sports and books. He grew up in Anderson, SC where he played football and basketball at T. L. Hanna High School. He later played football at Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. BJ enjoys hanging out with friends and exercising. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC where he studied Exercise and Sports Science. He is a personal trainer, mentor and tutor, and he enjoys outdoor work.
